  1. How do I open a TotalShip Account?
    Your account number is your passport to shipping. Sign up for a TotalShip account today. Simply apply for an account or call us at 514-763-2020 and a member of our client services team will be happy to assist you.
  2. Do I need a TotalShip Account to ship?
    Yes. Please see #1 above for details on how to apply.
  3. How do I start shipping with TotalShip?
    We have made it very easy to use our services. Simply call 1-514-763-2020 and state the name of your company and/or your account number and a member of our client services team will do the rest.  Or ask for an online account and you can ship via the web with your username and password.
  4. How do I check the status of a TotalShip Express or Transport package/shipment
    You can easily track a shipment by entering your tracking/pro-bill number in our web shipping system or contact us form and a member of our client services team will contact you immediately with a response.
